The CANSail 1&2 Workbook is to be used alongside lessons from your CANSail Instructor. The workbook includes the parts of the boat, knots, how to read the wind and how to sail your boat accordingly. In addition to going over safety equipment and know-how so you can safely sail whereever you go. Diagrams and fun activities are included so you can practise your sailing knowledge!
In CANSail 1 & 2, we’ll equip you with the skills to confidently sail both double-handed and single-handed sailboats. You’ll explore boat components, master essential knots, learn the art of reading the wind, and sail your boat with precision.
