The Learn to Cruise Committee is made up of cruising instructors and evaluators. It is responsible for establishing Quebec instructor training procedures, while taking into consideration the Canadian standards set by Sail Canada.

The Cruising Committee manages special Quebec Sailing Federation events, such as the petite Traversée in 2011 and the Rallye voile Atlantique in 2012. (not currently active)
The Race Management Committee is made up of two national-level Quebec race officers. They travel throughout the province to train new race officials, so that clubs can properly operate out their regattas.

The Quebec Circuit Committee is responsible for structuring a series of races that will take place throughout Quebec each year. These regattas count towards qualification for the Quebec Games, which are held every two years. The committee meets once per year at the FVQ's Annual General Meeting.

The AbleSailing Committee is responsible for creating a bridge between the Quebec Wheelchair Sports Association (AQSFR), the Quebec Adapted Sailing Association (AQVA) and the Quebec Sailing Federation in order to promote and develop able sailing and paralympic athletes.
