IMPORTANT regarding the level of autonomy expected from candidates

The role of community leader or instructor that you will play once trained involves a lot of responsibility for the well-being and safety of the people you will supervise, the equipment you will have to use and the reputation of the school you are going to represent. This will be even truer than usual in this pandemic context.

As such, your future employers have a right to expect you to be autonomous and responsible. In this context, we consider that carrying out your registration procedures and the follow-ups yourself is an integral and important part of your professional development.

Your parents means well when they take these steps for you, but in doing so they sometimes have technical questions that we know you know the answers to and are not doing you a favor in the long run. If you do not know thoses answers, please feel free to ask them to our team, as it is part of your normal professional development process.

Our clinics and all prerequisite courses are developed to prepare you to become a professional community leader or instructor. We are very happy that you have chosen this course and will do everything to ensure that you are well prepared for the challenges when the time comes.

Thanks to our supporters!
